Bought my car at another area dealership but when I called that dealership for service they told me it would take them 3 days just to diagnose. I immediately called Nissan of Macomb and they had my car diagnosed within a few hours—it ended up being a major repair and I was out of a vehicle for several weeks. They provided me with a loaner, called to update regularly and were patient, polite and make the repairs as quick as they could! Shout out to Kayla at the service desk and her whole team. Will never take my car anywhere else!

Went here to look at a used car and Jaden was awesome. I was able to go for an extended test drive and go over the car with a fine tooth comb. I ultimately did not purchase a vehicle from them, but I would have no problem going back if another popped up.

I stopped in today to review my prospects for hopefully getting approved and getting a Nissan Sentra. Jayden Brown and Horace were my sales reps and they made the entire process special. I drove an extra hour to this dealership rather than my local dealerships because of their willingness to work with me on better prices. They treated me amazing—we laughed, shared stories, and it felt like a true friends and family atmosphere compared to so many others. The building is top notch for cleanliness, atmosphere and relaxation, and the service department for oil changes and such was exceptional as you can watch your car being worked on! Definitely would give a higher rating if I could!!!!
